PODCAST 70: Top 10 EHFF Films & Absentia [Official Selection Edition]

This week Forest & Cory are back in the studio, still nursing their nerd boners generated from the past weeks Eerie Horror Film Festival, decided to recommend to all you awesome listeners some of the better EHFF selections from the past 10 years. Many of which have since been released on DVD.

Forest also tells everyone why the new Sandra Bullock, George Clooney flick, Gravity, is a must see. All this and John has developed a very serious Pacific Rim addiction.

Good show, guys. Enjoyed the run down from the most recent film fest and your top picks from the past. I love the hell out of Peekers. It reminds me of one of those great hidden gems you'd often find in some edition of the Pan Book of Horror Stories.

Anyway, the original trailer that eventually went on to use the Nazi zombies for Frankenstein's Army was called Worst Case Scenerio.

"Worst Case Scenario", that's right! Frankenstein's Army is a title that I think would catch more people's attention, but "Worst Case Scenario" I think is pretty fitting. - Cory

Awesome, you saw Call of Cthulhu.

You also got me interested in Nightmare, partly because of the plot and its similarity to Perfect Blue, but also because it has the same name as that infamous VCR board game.
