Some recommendations for Cory:

- Hawk the Slayer (1980)
- Message from Space (1977) – Star Wars filtered through the eyes of the Japanese
- Starcrash (1979) – Italian Star Wars rip-off starring the Hoff and Caroline Munro (of The Golden Voyage of Sinbad) in a bathing suit for the film’s duration;
- “Hercules” and “The Adventures of Hercules”, brought to you by the people who did Starcrash, which feature stop-motion robots
- Beowulf (1999) – Christopher Lambert fights a CGI Grendel and his Playboy Playmate mother in a post-apocalyptic landscape

More Godzilla movie reviews would be fantastic. It would also be great if Forest revisited 2001: A Space Odyssey. Forest told us about his theater going experience seeing that movie in the earliest days of Slaughterfilm, but he didn't give the patented summary/review for it yet.

Speaking of gremlins in the second movie there's a scene where Phoebe Cates is stuck in an elevator and the gremlins are sticking their arms through holes and she bites one and gets green blood on her face, do you think that's meant to symbolize a gloryhole?

merry Christmas!
