I noticed that the 5th entry in the UNDERWORLD series is coming out in January. Much like the RESIDENT EVIL franchise, this is another series of movies that got has gotten theatrical releases in all of its 14 years of existence that I don’t think anybody expected would last this long.

As much as we listeners like to give you two recommendations, I would like to make a few observations about how you two influenced my watching habits:

1. After listening to episodes 102 to 105, I was inspired to purchase the Alien Quadrilogy and re-watch the films for the first time in longer than a decade;
2. Listening to your JAWS review inspired me to record JAWS 2 on cable and watch that, and then immediately listen to the episode about it;
3. I made it a point to watch TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (the original—for the first time), and then I watched TEXAS CHAINSAW 3-D in order to compare my observations to Cory’s review—I’m surprised he never pointed out in his review that the movie is set 40 years after the original, but the Final Girl is only in her 20s;
4. Listening to your EVIL DEAD reviews in episode 42 inspired me to watch THE EVIL DEAD 2 for the first time.
